Return Process

  Carefully pack the Nanoleaf panels and components in their original box, ensuring all controllers and power supplies are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
